Geachte confraters,
de participatie van architecten Laurent Ney, Paul Robbrecht, Chris Poulissen en Marleen Goethals binnen het ontwerp van de Oosterweelverbinding stelt het architectenberoep in een negatief daglicht.
De architecten zijn binnen de publiekprivate samenwerking tussen BAM NV en THV Noriant gebonden aan een onwettige escalatieprocedure die hun bewegingsvrijheid en zeggenschap beperkt. Hiermee blijkt architecturale kwaliteit beperkt tot een louter instrumentele functie in het aanbestedingsproces. Zie hiervoor het bericht in bijlage.
Wij vragen alle Vlaamse architecten om deze gang van zaken af te keuren en hun solidariteit uit te drukken met de genoemde collega’s. Dit kan door een bericht na te laten op ons emailadres info@bavo.biz. Vergeet niet uw naam en functie toe te voegen.
De steunbetuigingen zullen overgemaakt worden aan de bevoegde instanties.
