Workshop in Beijng
project: CULTURAL ACTIVISM TODAY

BAVO will participate in an international workshop on the role of the artist in China and Europe.
The two-day workshop will look at the role of the intellectual and the artist in a European and Chinese context. The workshops will take place over the 18 and 19 of July, at Abitare Courtyard in Beijing.
The workshop isorganized by European Alternatives. This is an independent transnational organisation run by a group of writers, artists, and intellectuals devoted to promoting engagement with the idea and possibility of a new transnational politics and art, and exploring the impact of globalisation on cultural and artistic production.
